Biografie

Anatol wurde  1977 in Wien geboren, wo er auch heute lebt und arbeitet.

Neben den gemalten Bildern, wird für Anatol die konkrete und visuelle Poesie in den letzten Jahren zum Hauptthema seiner Arbeit. Er beschäftigt sich hauptsächlich mit dem Thema, der Kombination zwischen Text und Bild. Das Auge des Betrachters soll durch die Form und Ästhetik des Bildes, der Verstand durch die Texte, Wortspiele und Poesien angesprochen werden.

Farben sind für ihn in der Malerei nicht primär, wichtiger ist es ihm, eine farbliche Einheit zu schaffen und vor allem, eine Aussage, einen Inhalt zu transportieren.
Anatol ist Mitglied der "Berufsvereinigung der bildenden Künstler Österreichs" (mit dem Sitz im Schloss Schönbrunn).

Biography

Anatol, born in Vienna 1977, works since several years on paintings with text, which are meant to appeal on the one hand aesthetically, by looking at the  outline drawing, and on the other hand intellectually, using arranged poems, newspaper cuttings, book pages, phrases and handwritten words. His aim is to create a different kind of view, more levels in a picture, but especially in
the mind of the beholder.

In the centre of his artistic work is the femininity. The treatment of everyday influences, the innovative look on the femininity, paired with the superficuality of our times, lead to a expression of modern social critism and is demonstrating certain themes of our decadence nowadays. Anatol is mostly working with the colours black and white - colour should not be in the foreground, not the plump effects, but contents and sense are important for him.

Member of "The Austrian Art Association" with its residence in Schönbrunn Palace.
